RETURNS

For the love of our environment, frequent returns should be avoided. Therefore, we would ask you to carefully check what you really want to try on and keep before placing your order. Of course, this doesn't always work out, so here are all the facts about the correct return process:

RETURNS FROM GERMANY + EUROPE ZONES 1 & 2

All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Please send an email with the following information to returns@annavberg.com and request your return label:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • The e-mail address from your order
  • Which product (name, color & size) would you like to return?
  • Why do you want to return your piece? (Feedback helps us to improve our products)

Your return request will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the email. Please understand that as a small family business, this may not always be possible due to increased order volumes.

All returned items must be in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, unused in any ways - no marks of makeup or anything else) and sent back in their original packaging. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return. 

Your refund will be made within 7 days after we have received your return in their original condition. The refund will be made by the same payment method you used when placing your order.

Please note that the initial shipping fee will not be refunded. Also note that leaving an order uncollected from a postal office does not count as a return. In this case we are unable to provide a full refund and you will be charged for postal delivery costs.
RETURNS FROM NON EU ZONE 1 & 2 + INTERNATIONAL (AROUND THE WORLD)

All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Please inform us via email to returns@annavberg.com about your return and tell us your name, your order number & which product (name, color & size) you would like to return.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover returns outside the EU, therefore please organize the return to the following address yourself and keep a receipt to be able to track your parcel.

All returned items must be in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, unused in any ways - no marks of makeup or anything else) and sent back in their original packaging. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return:
