Founded in 2020, ANNA V BERG is a Münster-based brand established by Anna vom Berg and Richard Greis. With years of experience in the fashion and beauty industry, the couple recognized the need for elevated, high-quality knitwear paired with a modern aesthetic and contemporary brand language. Each piece reflects the brand’s vision to create timeless, seasonless, and easy-to-combine essentials for a staple wardrobe at a reasonable price point.
BRAND PHILOSOPHY

As Creative Director, Anna draws inspiration from her personal wardrobe needs, blending her love for countryside living with the vibrant energy of city life. This contrast defines the unique signature of ANNA V BERG.
Since 2022, Richard has taken on the role of Managing Director, elevating the brand further by growing the wholesale business and positioning ANNA V BERG in prestigious multi-brand stores across Europe.

We work with carefully handpicked partners who share our values of expertise, ethical craftsmanship, and transparency. Currently, all our pieces are produced exclusively in Italy by a third-generation, family-owned factory founded in 1979. With decades of experience and a legacy of supplying some of Europe’s finest knitwear brands, this partnership is a true celebration of authentic Made in Italy quality and craftsmanship.
Our manufacturing partners hold GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification, ensuring compliance with strict social and environmental standards. Employees work in safe, fair conditions with regulated hours, and the facility adheres to responsible chemical use, environmental policies, and animal welfare guidelines.
Our yarns reflect the same level of care. We prioritize traceable, certified, and organic materials, with most of our pieces crafted from a luxurious merino wool and cashmere blend. We exclusively use mulesing-free merino wool, and our yarns are certified by GOTS and RWS (Responsible Wool Standard), guaranteeing ethical sourcing from start to finish.
