TO THE IDEA
The of story of ANNA V BERG actually began many many years ago as we were always on the lookout for very special garments. For us high-quality pieces did not automatically have to be prohibitively expensive. However, as this was never easy to find, especially in the cashmere sector, the idea of realizing our visions of beautiful knit sweaters under our own brand arose very early on.
Overtime...
all of us gathered various experiences in our different studies and jobs [Fashion Design, Management & Marketing] and in the everyday life. We were able to make valuable contacts so that one day, in COVID Lockdown, we asked ourselves:

MEET THE FOUNDERS
In October 2020 we [Stefany, Anna & Richard] fulfilled the long-awaited dream by founding our own brand named ANNA V BERG.
Stefany & Anna vom Berg as mother & daughter with their untiring passion for fashion, design & cashmere knitwear could finally start to realize their ideas of timeless & high quality cashmere pieces. Richard, with his marketing and management background, takes care of all the back-office issues concerning the online shop, finances and sales.

We work for the brand from our headquarter and warehouse located very close to the beautiful city of Münster in the countryside as well as from Berlin, where we get lots of inspiration and ideas to further develop the signature of ANNA V BERG.
The mixture of the urban and modern "Berlin Lifestyle" and the yet somewhat classic and conservative "country house life" with dogs & horses help us to develop a hybrid style that appeals to a broad group of people.

Made in Italy
REGGIA EMILIA ROMANA
We have our products produced exclusively in Italy, close to the home of Lasagna by Reggia Emilia Romana and are overjoyed to be able to work with a very experienced knitwear manufacturer that is already run by a family in third generation. We develop our cross-seasonal collections in close cooperation with our partners and are happy to draw inspiration from their many years of expertise and experience.
YARNS & PRODUCTIONS
NORTHERN ITALY
MADE IN ITALY does not only apply to the production of our sweaters, but also to the high-quality yarns we use. All our stakeholders in the production chain, from the yarn mills to the production houses, are absolute specialists in their field. Some of our pieces are even knitted by the same machines as Chanel & Louis Vuitton knitwear. The years of experience with the machines by the Italian employees brings the high quality that we rely on every day.
