SHIPPING, PAYMENT & RETURNS

 

SHIPPING:

WE SHIP OUR PRODUCTS CLIMATE NEUTRAL ONLY WITH DHL GO GREEN.

For orders within Germany we do not charge any shipping costs for our sweaters. However, if the amount of the shopping cart is less than 100€, 4,99€ will be charged.

For orders within the EU we charge 14,99€ shipping costs.

For orders to non EU countries, we charge 19,99€ shipping costs.

All additional costs for orders outside the EU, such as customs duties, taxes, etc., will be borne by the customer.

PAYMENT:

Paypal:

Your payment will be processed via Paypal. You will be redirected to PayPal during the order process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can easily log in and pay via your user data. Otherwise you can also register as a guest or create a new account. Payment is particularly secure thanks to PayPal's Buyer Protection and the PayPal Money Back Guarantee, should anything go wrong. The account you have deposited with PayPal is debited directly on the day of the order. Your ordered products are often shipped to you on the same day.

Credit Card:

We accept the following credit cards:

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro & American Express.

You will be asked to enter your credit card details during the checkout process. Your data will be encrypted and securely transferred to us via the SSL procedure. Your credit card will then be charged directly and your order will be processed by us.

Instant bank transfer (Klarna):

If you choose instant bank transfer as your payment method, you will be redirected to Klarna. Via Klarna you simply complete your order with your online banking data. Immediately afterwards, you will receive a transaction confirmation by e-mail from Klarna and your order can be processed directly by us.

RETURNS/REFUND:

A return is possible at the latest 14 days after receipt of the order. Please send an email with your name, email address and order number to annavberg.cashmere@gmail.com.

Please make sure that the returned items are unworn so that we can refund the full purchase price. For this, the label including the seal must be undamaged in the sweater. The item must also be in its original condition.

The refund will be made within 5-10 working days after receipt of the notification email to the bank account you provided.
